In order to strengthen security measures, we will be ending support for some of our apps on Monday, February 26, 2024.
As such, if you're using an app version that will lose support, you'll be prompted to update to the latest version upon startup. You'll no longer be able to use the app until you do so.
■ Affected app versions:
pixiv iOS app ver.7.16.1 or earlier
pixiv Android app ver.6.66.1 or earlier
■ For users with update-compatible devices:
We ask that you please update your app to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
■ For users with devices incompatible with the updates:
You can still use the browser version of pixiv once support for your app version ends.
You'll be able to log in on your browser with the same pixiv account you used with the app, and all of your data will still be available.
■ If you plan to change devices:
For your data to carry over to your new device, you'll need to install the app after switching your device and log in to the same pixiv account you used on your previous device.
■ How the app handles pixiv Points:
Your pixiv Points on the app cannot be transferred to the browser version.
You can only transfer pixiv Points to another device within the same platform.
* You can transfer points between different iOS devices, as well as different Android devices, but not from iOS to Android or vice versa.
